STOCKBRIDGE Henry County Superior Court Judge Arch McGarity has set a hearing June 19 at 9 a.m. on motions filed on behalf of the city relating to the settlement agreement, attorneys fees and the ultimate disposition of the pending cases involving former Stockbridge Mayor Lee Stuart.
