STOCKBRIDGE — Pastor Spencer O’Neal always found ways to connect residents of Henry County with each other — this is what made a bridge dedication held on Wednesday, Aug. 16 so fitting for the former pastor of Global Impact Ministries, who passed away in January 2021.
The dedication was made possible by a House bill sponsored by State Rep. Regina Lewis Ward for District 115 to name the bridge on Interstate 675 over Interstate 75 in Henry County as the Pastor Spencer T. O’Neal Memorial Bridge.
