McDONOUGH The owner of an assisted living facility indicted for allegedly stealing from Medicaid and lying was formally arrested Thursday and has bonded out of the Henry County Jail.

Jail records show Madeline Laruy, 66, of McDonough was given a $30,000 bond on the two charges. According to online records, Laruy made bond and was released. The state Attorney General's Office ordered Laruy to surrender her passport and not apply for a new one while on bond.
