McDONOUGH — Barbara and Joe Frazier have a knack for the arts.

This is what motivated their passion to drive cultural arts for community residents. Together the couple worked on pivotal projects, events and initiatives that include the city’s Princess Parade, the Thriller Parade, the Middle Georgia Train Exhibit, The Camp Creek Train Wreck Historic monument and Reflection Crosses.
