Jones Applauds Senate Passage of Reckless Driving Bill

ATLANTA — Monday, the Georgia Senate passed Senate Bill 10 — the “Safe Streets Act” — sponsored by Georgia District 10 Sen. Emanuel Jones, D-Decatur.

The measure would introduce comprehensive measures to combat dangerous driving behaviors on Georgia’s roads and provides for the offense for knowingly attending and facilitating illegal drag races or laying drag exhibitions.
