Streamlining government services, in light of ongoing economic pressures, will be a focus of the Henry County Board of Commissioners during the coming year, according to Commission Chairman Elizabeth "B.J." Mathis.

"We want to be as lean as possible," she said. "We feel like less government is always better. That's been our goal for the last two years, and I think we've been pretty successful, because we've continually cut our budget.
