Mrs. Mary Magdeline Hobby Foster Tuggle, 89, of Rome, Ga., formerly of McDonough, Ga., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005.
She was born Jan. 11, 1916, in Tifton, Ga., daughter of the late Rena Eugenia Hall and Jesse Clarence Hobby. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church, a member of the Joy Club in Rome and the Silver Sixties in McDonough. Mrs. Tuggle was a devoted homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by husbands DeWitt Talmadge Foster in 1967, and George F. Tuggle in 1991; siblings, Christine Morris, Ruby Hancock, Janie Stone, Jessie Hobby, Howard Hobby and Milton Hobby, and grandson Keith Collum.
