MCDONOUGH — The McDonough City Council is considering adding two drones for the Police Department.

In a presentation at the June 17 City Council meeting, Police Chief Ken Noble said the purchase, implementation and one-year contract for two Paladin drones and services would cost the city $84,000. The price includes two drones, two docking stations, training, and service. The drones would be paid for out of the city’s RedSpeed Account.
