Mt. Carmel next in line for fire station, construction bid approved

HAMPTON— The bid for construction of the Mount Carmel area fire station was approved Tuesday morning by Henry County commissioners.

Out of five vendor submissions, Headley Construction Corp. presented the lowest bid in the amount of $2.14 million, which was apporved by the Board of Commissioners.
