Mr. Carl S. Mulligan, Jr., 84, of McDonough, passed away Nov. 3, 2011.

Carl was born in Duluth, to the late Carl S. and Izora Saxon Mulligan, Sr. He was preceded in death by a wife, Dorothy Mulligan, and by sisters, Lucy Palmer and Geraldine Moss.
