Registration open for Public Safety Firing Range course

McDONOUGH — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, together with the Henry County Police Department, is set to conduct a six-hour gun safety course, “Public Safety Firing Range.”

To take part in the Henry County Citizen’s Public Firing Range, participants must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 if active military), be a current resident of Henry County, have no felony convictions, must pass a criminal background check and successfully complete the mandatory six-hour Citizens Public Firing Range Safety Course held at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
