RIVERDALE — The Post Office at 6691 Church St. in Riverdale will now be named in honor of Major Greg Barney.
The bill naming the Post Office for the 25-year veteran of the Riverdale Police Department, who was fatally shot while on duty Feb. 11, was signed into law July 29 by President Barack Obama.
