McDONOUGH — Chairman Tommy Smith has dismissed the lawsuit he brought last year against members of the Henry County Board of Commissioners.
Henry County Superior Court documents show that Smith dropped the case April 27 and Smith’s attorney, Alex Crumbley, signed off on it the following day.
