STOCKBRIDGE — Stockbridge is less than two months away from converting to its new sanitation service under a private contract.

In an update during Monday evening’s city council meeting, representatives with Waste Industries USA said city residents should expect to receive their 95-gallon trash carts during the last two weeks of April. On May 1, the company will begin servicing city trash for bulk, yard debris and recycling — a new service offered to city residents.
