Army Pvt. Jason Kobler has graduated from the Land Combat Electrician Advanced Individual Training course at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala. Kobler is the son of Mary Kobler of Rex, Ga. His wife, Kristie, is the daughter of Winford and Debra Smith of Stockbridge.

Army Pvt. Abraham Rowe graduated from the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga. Rowe, the son of Ada Pavon of Locust Grove and stepson of Juan Contreras of Stockbridge, is a 2007 graduate of Stockbridge High School. And Army Pfc. Daryl Edwards recently graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga. Edwards is the son of Deserry Edwards of McDonough.
