STOCKBRIDGE — A Griffin woman was reportedly held up at gunpoint Sunday after she attempted to help a man she thought was in danger outside the Wishing Well Bar on Hudson Bridge Road.
A Henry County Police officer responding to a report of an armed robbery made contact with the woman, 34, around 2:45 a.m. at Flippen Road as she was driving away from the scene of the alleged robbery attempt, according to a report filed by the department.
