$11.6 million budget approved for city of Locust Grove

LOCUST GROVE — An $11.6 million Fiscal Year 2017 budget was approved for the city of Locust Grove during Monday’s city council meeting.

The budget represents a decrease from the approved $12.5 million 2016 budget that was adopted, largely due to the decrease in expenditures from the nearly completed public safety building.
