HAMPTON — Errol Mitchell, a member of the Hampton City Council, has successfully completed the required 72 credit hours to receive the for the Certificate of Achievement level of municipal training.
Through partnership between Georgia Municipal Association and the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, city officials can voluntarily take the opportunity to obtain additional training beyond the state-mandated Newly Elected Official Institute.
