Small business owner, Gloria Henry, of Jonesboro, knows that her company is growing. In order to stay abreast of the ever-changing world of technology, the 46-year-old said she decided to put her fears aside and take computer courses.

"I want to be in control of my own destiny within my company," said Henry, who owns a personal care home, which teaches people with disabilities life-skills, such as washing dishes and making beds.
