MCDONOUGH — During its January Meeting, the Henry County Water Authority Board of Directors honored the local winner of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District’s 22nd annual Essay Contest.
According to the Metro Water District, Hampton Middle School student Teniola Ogungbamila received the Henry County award for her “exemplary essay that explores how a clean, abundant water supply is critical to the health and livelihoods of people across the globe.”
