Henry's new solicitor general takes office oath

John A. Trea Pipkin, a former Henry County Assistant District Attorney, has been sworn in as Henry County Solicitor General, by Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal.

I felt honored during the ceremony and now excited to continue to serve the people of Henry County, said Pipkin. He is from a family of public servants in Henry County. His father is a former county tax commissioner, and his grandfather once served as a county agent.
