The ongoing debate over newly drawn voting districts in Henry County has made its way to the state legislature. State Sen. Emanuel Jones (D-District 10) said State Rep. Steve Davis (R-District 109) had undue influence in a district map recently drawn by county officials.

Jones said he plans to call for an ethics investigation into the activities of his colleague in the area of redistricting. The county started it, but Rep. Davis took it over, said Jones. Hes trying to push it through, and ram it down the legislatures throat. Clearly, theres all kinds of conflicts.
