A $75,000 bond has been set for a 42-year-old Walton County man suspected of repeatedly molestating a 9-year-old girl.

Vaughn Phillips, of Monroe, is charged with child molestation and sexual battery, according to Henry County Police. Authorities began investigating the case on Sept. 16, according to Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton.
