City leaders in McDonough opened the floor to local residents, to hear their opinions about a proposed increase in their property taxes.
The time was 9 a.m. Tuesday. Another town-hall meeting took place Tuesday night at 7 p.m. Only two residents came to the first two sessions of three public meetings on the potential millage rate hike.
