Area residents are gearing up for the Second Annual "Ride with Reid to Beat CF," a motorcycle ride fund-raiser to bring awareness to cystic fibrosis.

The annual charity ride was inspired a now-16-month-old boy named Reid Rodgers, who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) as a newborn, according to community organizer, Sandee Clark.
