Kevin Smith, 53, is the human resources manager at Toppan Interamerica Inc., in McDonough, and also serves as chairman of the Existing Industries Committee of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce.

He played a lead role in helping the Chambers Work Ready Steering Committee secure the countys distinction of being designated as a Certified Work Ready Community. The recognition, announced in December, was bestowed upon Henry County for having the skilled-and-educated workforce necessary to meet business demands, and help drive economic growth statewide.
