Atlanta Braves All-Star right fielder Ronald Acuna Jr. was carted off the field with a season-ending knee injury in the bottom of the fifth inning of Saturday's road game against the Miami Marlins.

The Braves announced later in the evening that an MRI revealed a completely torn ACL in his right knee, which will necessitate season-ending surgery.
