The Whitman County Coroner's Office determined that last month's death of Washington State safety Bryce Beekman was caused by an accidental overdose of two drugs, including fentanyl.

The 22-year-old redshirt senior died on March 23 in Pullman, Wash. Police responded to a call about "breathing problems" at Beekman's apartment and found him dead.
