Henry County's Moody rescues season for Warhawks

Jeff Hurndon Photography Once Henry County’s leading rusher went down with a season-ending leg injury, Warhawks quarterback Chris Moody used his legs just as much as his arm to lead the team into the playoffs.

There lay Henry County running back Jonathan Jean-Bart, on the turf at Stockbridges Tiger Stadium, his knee injured and his season over. A star-crossed 2011 that started with a forfeit loss to Ola was getting worse by the second, and there wasnt much time left for the Warhawks to right their ship.

But, as it turned out, there was just enough time for Chris Moody to run to the rescue and into the Henry Daily Heralds Henry Player of the Year award.
