LOCUST GROVE — Kya Draper led the Ola Lady Mustangs to a 2-0 victory over region leaders Locust Grove Monday at Locust Grove High School to bring her team within one game of the fourth and final postseason spot.
Much like the last time the two teams met, a considerable pitcher’s duel ensued with Draper and Locust Grove’s Martina Maloch both excelling on the mound. Both pitchers managed to shut out their opponent through the first five innings of the game.
