KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Despite eight runs from the bats, Georgia Tech's baseball team couldn’t overcome two big innings from Campbell, falling 15-8 on Friday afternoon in the Knoxville Regional at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

The Yellow Jackets (34-23) trailed 5-0 after the second inning before scoring two runs in the next two innings. The Fighting Camels (41-17) then tacked on five in the sixth to extend the lead, but Tech never gave up, scoring six runs in the final four innings.
